I am excited and honored to be a part of the Sego Group Family Counseling and Wellness family. I will receive my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in June 2023 after completing my internship. I began my clinical work in 2018, working with Davis Behavioral Health and have enjoyed the jump right into private practice.

I enjoy working with families, couples, and individuals and specifically working on helping them to create a good story. With a history in theatre and music, I have found that people often get stuck in their problem saturated stories. I believe that as much as I have specific knowledge about the field of Marriage and Family Therapy, that I am a student of the client, learning about their life and experiences and finding ways to pull the threads of the psyche to help others resolve their own issues.

Areas of interest include:

  • Pre-Marital & Marital Counseling
  • Spiritual and Religious Journeys
  • Phase of Life Challenges
  • Grief, Death, and Dying
  • Behavioral Addictions
  • Fathers and Sons
  • Incorporating Interests as Interventions

The most important thing to me is a good connection between client and therapist. I work very hard to keep a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental atmosphere in my sessions. I go at your pace and work on the things you want to work on. I am here to help you!
